The Public Service Commission of West Virginia recently entered a Final Order approving a Settlement in a fuel surcharge rate case that had been filed by two subsidiaries of a large electric utility. In litigating the case, Spilman represented some of the largest electric users served by this electric utility in West Virginia. The firm helped to engineer the Settlement, which, as approved by the PSC, will result in annual rate savings for our clients in excess of $22 million in 2019.
