The DRI Center for Law and Public Policy, through scholarship, legal expertise, and advocacy, provides a meaningful voice for the defense bar in the national discussion of substantive law, constitutional issues, and the integrity of the judicial system. In addition to work at the federal level, including testimony before Congress on class action fairness and the Federal Civil Rules Advisory Committee on the amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, among others, DRI, through committees and task forces under the Center for Law and Public Policy, advocates for state courts.
