Wheeling, W.Va. — Spilman Thomas & Battle (Spilman) announced that Molly J. Aderholt has joined the law firm as Counsel in its Wheeling, W.Va. office.

“Molly’s extensive real estate and commercial experience in West Virginia and Pennsylvania brings a wealth of knowledge for Spilman clients within the firm’s footprint,” said David R. Croft, who serves as Member in Charge of the firm’s Wheeling office. “We are thrilled to have Molly join the Wheeling team.”

Aderholt’s primary area of practice is corporate and transactional law with a focus in commercial real estate. She also practices in litigation.

In addition to her legal practice, Aderholt also serves on the Ohio County Board of Education and is a Young Life Regional Board Member. She is a licensed real estate broker in West Virginia. Aderholt earned her bachelor’s degree in English and Theology at Grove City College and her law degree at West Virginia University College of Law.
