Ms. Grundmann’s primary area of practice is litigation with an emphasis on public utility and energy law, as well as labor and employment law.

  • Representing large electricity end-users in matters before state regulatory commissions, including matters in Ohio, Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Kentucky
  • Providing administrative and regulatory litigation support for statewide large energy-user groups, including the West Virginia Energy Users Group
  • Representing employers in all types of employment litigation matters before state and federal courts and administrative agencies, including the Department of Labor, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Virginia Employment Commission
  • Providing strategic advice and counseling to companies dealing with labor and employment issues, including employee discipline, training, policies and best practices
