Charleston, W.Va. — The law firm Spilman Thomas & Battle, PLLC (Spilman) announced today that Eric W. Iskra was reelected to a two-year term on Spilman’s Management Committee, continuing his service as Member in Charge of Client Services.

Iskra also serves as chair of Spilman’s Labor and Employment Practice Group. His practice encompasses trial work and litigation, with an emphasis on employment, employment class actions, labor and employment, health care and disability, and complex matters. He is admitted to practice in West Virginia and before the United States Supreme Court.

A member of the American Bar Association, he serves as administrative chair of the Employee Rights and Responsibilities Committee and co-chair of the Labor & Employment Annual Conference.
