Mansfield Certification is a year-long, structured process that requires participating law firms to demonstrate measurable progress in ensuring historically underrepresented lawyers, including women, racial, and ethnic minorities, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and lawyers with disabilities, are considered for leadership roles and key decision-making positions.
