Charleston, W.Va. — Spilman Thomas & Battle, PLLC (Spilman) is pleased to announce that attorney John B. Hardison has joined the firm. His primary area of practice is labor and employment law with an emphasis on traditional labor law issues facing employers.

Hardison represents employers in the collective bargaining process with labor organizations and advises employers during union organizational efforts and elections. He also assists in trials concerning unfair labor practice charges and appeals to the National Labor Relations Board, as well as on labor and employment litigation matters in state and federal courts.

Admitted to practice law in West Virginia, Hardison earned his undergraduate, master’s and law degrees from West Virginia University.
