Pittsburgh — The law firm Spilman Thomas & Battle, PLLC recently announced that Kevin M. Eddy joined the firm’s Pittsburgh office as an associate in the litigation department.

Eddy will represent companies in the oil and gas, financial services, and construction industries at Spilman. He also has extensive experience representing companies in the transportation and manufacturing industries, and he has regularly represented companies in matters related to environmental, toxic tort, employment and commercial litigation. 

Eddy received his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and his bachelor’s degree from Canisius College in Buffalo, New York. He joins Spilman after practicing in the Pittsburgh legal market for the past six years, representing energy and transportation industry clients.
