Rayford K. (Trip) Adams III was named to the North Carolina Super Lawyers list. His primary areas of practice are bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, and commercial disputes and workouts. He has more than forty years of experience in all aspects of bankruptcy matters.

Lee D. Denton was named to the North Carolina Super Lawyers "Rising Stars" list. His primary area of practice is litigation, with an emphasis on complex business cases, consumer finance and banking litigation, estates litigation, construction defect cases, and personal injury litigation.

Carrie H. Grundmann also was named to the North Carolina Super Lawyers "Rising Stars" list. Her primary area of practice is litigation with an emphasis on labor and employment law, consumer finance and banking litigation, and public utility and energy law.
