The annual selections are made using a patented multiphase process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, an independent research evaluation of candidates, and peer reviews by practice area. Jeremy E. Carroll has been consistently named to the Super Lawyers list for the past decade. His primary areas of practice are business and governmental law, including local government law, employment law, civil litigation and appeals, land use and zoning, school law, government procurement and contracts, and public finance.

Robert A. Ziogas has been named to the Super Lawyers list since 2010. His primary area of practice is litigation, with a focus in construction law. He also advises owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors, and other construction clients on how to prepare for and respond to the challenges of large construction projects.
