Tower, a Member of the firm, leads Spilman’s labor and employment practice in Virginia. He also assists with labor and employment matters in the firm’s North Carolina office. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and his law degree from the College of William & Mary.

Harris, a senior attorney, focuses her practice on litigation matters, with an emphasis on labor and employment law, consumer finance law, and public utility and energy law. She earned her undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from Roanoke College and her law degree from the College of William & Mary.

Knobbe, also a Member of the firm, works primarily in the areas of commercial litigation, construction law, creditors’ rights, bankruptcy and appellate litigation. He earned his undergraduate degree from Bethany College and his law degree from West Virginia University.
