Spilman Expands NC Litigation Services with New Hires
Winston-Salem, N.C. — Spilman Thomas & Battle (Spilman) announced that two associates have joined the law firm in its North Carolina office.
Steven C. Hemric's primary area of practice is litigation with a focus on construction law and commercial litigation. He is listed on the Super Lawyers "Rising Stars" list and the Best Lawyers "Ones to Watch" list.
Hemric is admitted to practice in North Carolina and South Carolina. He earned both his undergraduate degree and law degree from Wake Forest University.
Jacquelyn N. Miner's primary area of practice is also litigation. She was named 2019 Outstanding Student by the Clinical Legal Education Association.
Miner earned her undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from Mars Hill University and her law degree from The College of William and Mary. She is admitted to practice law in North Carolina.
