Spilman SuperVision Symposium Helps Businesses Prepare for What’s Next
Charleston, W.Va. — Spilman Thomas & Battle, PLLC (Spilman) announced that nearly 125 business leaders from the Mid-Atlantic region gathered today for the law firm’s West Virginia SuperVision™ symposium, which focused on helping businesses prepare for what’s next in employment challenges.
Remarks by keynote speaker Col. William E. Crane, Chief of Staff, Land Component Commander, WV Army National Guard, and the event’s closing question and answer session with Spilman attorneys were highlights of the symposium.
In addition to 10 Spilman attorneys, corporate experts from Charleston Area Medical Center, Allegacy Federal Credit Union, MVB Bank and Employers Innovative Network spoke at the symposium. Presentations focused on what’s next across the spectrum of human resources hot topics, including employee litigation and related costs, employee wellness and productivity, labor regulatory policies, and human capital and trade secrets.
