Charleston, W.Va. — The law firm Spilman Thomas & Battle, PLLC (Spilman), in partnership with the Charleston Area Alliance, recently sponsored local career coach and author Emily Bennington’s launch of her second book, Who Says It’s a Man’s World?, as part of the firm’s Women’s Networking Series and diversity initiative.

Bennington’s book aims to help women find personal and professional fulfillment in their careers while working toward career advancement. “This is an issue that is tremendously important to me and to Spilman,” remarked Spilman member and Women’s Networking Series leader Amy Condaras. “We focus on gender diversity. More than 100 businesswomen turned out for the event, held at the Charleston Area Alliance.
