Charleston, W.Va. – Spilman Thomas & Battle, PLLC is pleased to announce that several attorneys have joined the firm.

Megan E. Arrington joins the Charleston, West Virginia office as an associate. Her primary areas of practice are consumer finance litigation and general litigation. Arrington received her B.S., magna cum laude, from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in 2006 and her J.D., magna cum laude, from Duquesne University in 2009.

Aron S. Berry joins the Morgantown, West Virginia office as an associate. His primary areas of practice are general litigation, labor and employment and natural resource law. Berry received his B.S. in 2007 and his J.D. in 2010, both from West Virginia University.

Keith D. Fisher joins the Charleston office as an associate also. His primary area of practice is general litigation. He earned his B.S., summa cum laude, from West Virginia University in 2007 and his J.D., summa cum laude, from Duquesne University in 2010.

Brienne T. Greiner joins the Charleston office as an associate. Her primary areas of practice are consumer finance and litigation. Greiner received her B.A., summa cum laude, from Chatham College in 2004 and her J.D., summa cum laude, from WVU Law in 2007.

Dennis J. McGlaughlin, II joins the Wheeling, West Virginia office as an associate. His primary areas of practice are general litigation and corporate law. McGlaughlin received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Ithaca College in 2007 and his J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2010.
