Mr. Biddle’s primary area of practice is litigation, including health care, insurance defense, medical malpractice, personal injury, labor and employment, contracts, and insurance coverage.

- Defending wrongful death and personal injury matters in state and federal courts
- Defending employer deliberate intent matters in state and federal courts
- Defending asbestos premises and product liability defendants in state courts
- Defending property owners in premises liability litigation in state and federal court
- Defending financial institutions in connection with consumer credit protection laws in state and federal courts
