• Representing officers and directors in a variety of cases involving derivative claims, disputed dissolutions and corporate governance issues
• Representing clients in more than 25 appeals in various United States Circuit Courts and argued 19 of those appeals, including the trial of a contempt charge in the Fourth Circuit
