- Representing clients in general litigation matters
- Defending employers in workers’ compensation claims related to workplace injuries, occupational disease, occupational pneumoconiosis and hearing loss
- Representing clients in asbestos litigation, toxic tort, and mass consolidation cases
- Defending clients against personal injury, wrongful death and products liability claims, including deliberate intent and premise liability lawsuits in toxic tort litigation
- Representing clients in insurance defense and personal injury litigation
