Mr. Mullins is responsible for envisioning, implementing and maintaining the Litigation Support and e-Discovery systems and operations. His areas of expertise span a breadth of creative, managerial and computer-science related disciplines. He currently serves as Manager of Spilman’s Litigation Support department, where he provides internal and client-facing technical consulting in areas such as e-Discovery, digital forensics and data analytics.

- Preparing and implementing complex electronic discovery protocols and stipulations
- Developing and presenting comprehensive electronic discovery and document review platform trainings for legal teams and clients
