Spilman recently secured a motion to dismiss for our client, an Ohio-based affiliate of a large, national insurance carrier, in Wood County, West Virginia. The matter involved a motor vehicle accident in which our client was improperly named as a defendant. The matter was resolved quickly, to the great satisfaction of our client.
